Our remote access software allows us to securely access customer servers to support, maintain and diagnose any problems in the system without requiring any on site presence.
Training Operations
Our training operations are headed up by Mr. Patrice Cotton and offer complete and comprehensive training for our clients in all aspects of the software and dispatcher applications. Patrice brings many years of airline operations expertise to our training operations having spent over 20 years in dispatch and operations control where he was responsible for all training and standards requirements.
We offer tailored training program for both administrator (back office) users and dispatchers. Training programs are tailored to each type of operation (aircraft types, area of operation, special planning such as EROPS, redispatch, FEA, etc…). Initial training is offer as part of system installation, addition, on-site support can be provided at customer’s request.
